Lost power in my house at 9:30pm on a Friday. At 1:40am Penelec determined the problem was in my house. I called Krater’s at 6:00am SATURDAY morning and the owner answered the phone!! I was told someone would be out to help with my electrical problem! Really hard to find that kind of service these days!!! Thank you Shannon and Brad for answering the phone and Eric for being available on a Saturday to come out and restore my power. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
