OKAY GABRIELA! First of all she’s amazing to begin with. But when my mom had MAJOR password forgetfulness— Gabi was there to help! And I mean, really really help. She did more than the Apple store with helping my mom & helped set up her new iPad. Although it was a complicated situation she kept her cool, kept my mom in good spirits, and was very professional and proactive! She ended up recovering everything my mom forgot and was able to set her up ready to go. Thank you so much Gabriela ! Def deserves some recognition because dangggg!Thanks again!

Helpful with the setup of a laptop and installation of programs. Great feature to offer for those of us not as tech savvy. Knowledgeable and friendly. Prices for the complete support package can be pricey however the 24 hour tech support for computers is a great benefit. Would recommend. Located in the Best Buy.
