The owner and staff were extremely accommodating. They made a key for our non-profits van, when everyone else said it was impossible. The were extremely fast and courteous. HIGHLY recommend them!
I live in Pittsburgh and was working in Altoona one Friday afternoon when my microchip key snapped while attempting to enter my car. If it weren't for Frederick Lock and Key I would have been stranded. I was towed to their location and they even offered to stay a little late if necessary for my tow to arrive. I got 2 microchip keys programmed to my vehicle for $50 total -- I once paid. $125 to get just one of the same key made through GM. Everyone at the shop was super friendly, as well! Needless to say, I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
