We have known Mr.Katoof for longer than I have been alive and I've been going to classes with him for over 10 years! It's a great environment, very comfortable and encourgaging, he does a great job at teaching self defense and talking about dealing with life! Great for all ages engaging your mind and body!

My daughter Brooke has been attending for a year now and she absolutely loves it. She EARNED her yellow 2 weeks ago. MR. KATOUF is an EXCELLENT instructor and so is MISS MYERS. I think it's one of the best things my child has been involved in besides Cheer leading. That pales in comparison to HOPKIDO though. Thank you MR. KATOUF and MISS MYERS. Brooke Norens Dad , Rob

I attended Prof. Kattouf's academy during my Fall 2017 semester at Penn State Altoona. What I initially thought to be a simple class in self defense turned out to be vigorous training in Jin Pal Hapkido. The classes were difficult at times but very satisfying. My only regret is the semester went by too quickly.
