Though it took a while to track down, he communicated effectively what he was seeing and was very straightforward. Eventually he found the issue after ruling out several other possibilities and addressed it (leaky gasket around a bathroom exhaust vent). He also looked at the rest of the roof and we talked about future maintenance and issues. Was great to work with him and the price was fair.“

Estimated project length was 3 days ended up being 4. Jim Lindke (Operations Director) was the assigned foreman for my job.
