We purchased a new house a couple months ago and started having an issue with the HVAC unit right when it hit 20° ... because of course. Restano was quick with getting a tech to our place. Aiden arrived and was fantastic. He was patient with the questions I had and went further on explaining basically how everything works together and how to maintain. Very personable. There was a previous installation issue that was causing the problem and could have caused more that he identified pretty quickly and took care of it. We were back to pumping hot air in no time. Nicholas from Restano just finished performing the annual maintenance service visit on our AC. Like all employees of Restano, Nicholas was polite, knowledgeable and performed the duties of his job very well. We have been customers of Restano for more than 10 years and highly recommend them. We recently had damage to the water line leading into our house, and chose Restano to do the work. Of the three estimates we got, Restano came in the lowest, but also was the only one who said that a repair was possible, as opposed to a total line replacement, and in fact insurance wanted a repair to be attempted of course. I’m glad we went with Restano or that would have been a mess to deal with. Through our interactions, Restano turned out to have the most accurate understanding of the issue, as well as what was required from start to finish.
