The instructors are all friendly, motivating, and accommodating if you are having any injuries or issues with a specific exercise. The app makes it super easy to book/cancel a class. The only downside I have as a new member is that I feel that they do not offer enough Starter50 classes and even wish they had an Intermediate class with a level in between Starter50 and Signature50.“

300 Warrendale Rd, Wexford“I am almost 69 years old and have had scoliosis all of my life. I have been taking private lessons with Joann for several years and it has been such a positive experience. Joann stays right with me during my lesson and coaches me to maintain proper body alignment and to get the most out of my workout. She is patient with me when my back acts up or I am having pain. She goes out of her way to help me when I am struggling with ambulation. I am also in rehab. with several physical therapists who give me the exercises and are off with other clients and not watching if I am doing the exercises properly. Joann stays with you and is very motivating. She wants you to succeed and be as mobile and flexible as possible. I highly recommend this studio if you want to get fit and healthy.“

“I not only love the workouts at Club Pilates Hampton for helping me feel strong and limber in general but also for helping me avoid a bad fall. I was walking too quickly back to my car in a plaza parking lot when I tripped on the base of a barricade. I catapulted upward and forward so fast and hard but kept my balance as I landed 5 feet ahead in a run. If I hadn't kept myself upright and steady, I shudder to think what damage I would have done to my 75 year old knees and/or my face. The icing on the cake was when a young woman yelled to me, Great save! Thank you, Marjorie, Bo, and Leann! I couldn't have done it without you.“
