“Thanks Clearly Pilates for helping me make progress on my health and wellness goals via Pilates! Special shout-out to Abby, my 1:1 instructor. She has done an excellent job customizing our sessions, enabling me to learn the fundamentals, and re-learn some of them since I dabbled with the reformer in the past. I have also been able to target areas of focus (in my case my upper thoracic). I have gained confidence doing the stretches and trying out new equipment like the Pilates chair. Abby is knowledgable, empathetic and always goes the extra mile with supporting me on my wellness journey. Case in point: my medical provider recently diagnosed with me a couple chronic posture conditions, and Abby was lightning fast in learning about them, consulting with her colleagues and figuring out how we could incorporate some new stretches to benefit me. I highly recommend Clearly Pilates' private sessions, and encourage those on the fence whether or not to start or restart their wellness journey to just give it a try.
