Went in there on August 22 2026 and the place was trashed. Everything was out of place or empty. Very few testers and the ones that were out seemed to be empty for weeks or just plan gross. Was hoping to get some hair oil but no testers or anyone to help. Makeup and perfume were worse off than the hair area
Went to Ulta on Airport rd. Allentown for a basic makeup lesson.
Michalle P. was great. She did not rush, answered all my questions and made sure I applied everything correctly.
When we finished, she made sure i had a list of all the ingredients we use and in what order to apply them.
I definitely recommend Michalle & Ulta on airport rd.
I shopped at Ulta last Wednesday and had trouble finding the summer fridays. Luckily the young girl with the caramel hair came over with an inviting smile ready to explain that you guys dont carry that brand. She was the sweetest. Although i didnt get her full name, ill forever be grateful she gave me alternative options. My new favorite product is now OleHendriksen all thanks to Gabi.
