The store was in decent shape but the shelves were almost empty and disorganized. Also, there was only one associate who was friendly and helping customers. The cashier and other associates should be mindful of how loud they talk and act about how much they dislike their job.
I had ordered items for Christmas gifts on November 20. Not all items were liked, so I went to return them to the store for a refund to my credit card on January 25. The young girl that waited on me was very nice, but would not refund my card bc I was past the 60 refund date. I ended up having to accept a gift card, which I did not want bc I never shop there bc of the ridiculous prices.
Jess has been doing my hair for several years. It always looks great, and the color is amazing! I have tough grays that are hard to cover and she always finds a blend that works for me.
