Transitional Living Center

Since 1979, the Transitional Living Center (TLC) has served Lehigh County residents, ages 18 years and over, who have been treated for mental illness and would benefit from a structured residential program. We offer both full- and moderate-care sites. The Transitional Living Center offers two levels of supervision at its residential sites. Our 24-hour site is supervised around-the-clock, 365 days per year for residents who require a highly structured environment. Our moderate-care site is supervised 10 hours each day, Monday through Friday, and eight hours on Saturday. This setting is designed for residents needing limited supervision.
