Ordered heating oil online (Monday Jan 28th 2019) via Thrifty Fuel website as I have done in the past. Thrifty Fuel (Apgar Oil) delivers to my town/area on Thursdays. Friday (1 Feb 2019) comes and still no delivery. I call and ask what the issue was/is with the delivery. They explain the driver didn't want to pull into my driveway due to a little snow that drifted across from the wind and didn't want to "Risk it". Now, I live on a flat residential road and my driveway barely has a grade so I'm not sure what the driver would have "risked". Furthermore, oil delivery trucks never pull into my driveway. definitely not good, for the purchase of 100 gallons charge $ 35 dollars for delibery plus $ 35 for delibery the same day that is $ 70 dollars only delibery, talk to customer service to explain and tell me not to waste your time, hello

Be absolutely sure how much oil you need in your tank.. double and triple check your gallon amount.. If you need less than you paid for, don't expect a refund of the difference.. This is a disgusting and shady business practice.. Thrifty fuel is run by Apgar oil.. The very same company that tried to charge me 229 dollars for a 19 dollar thermostat..Please, people check your receipts.
