For approximately five years, I have utilized Terminix services, intermittently. Today, Cheavor Gordon conducted a wildlife inspection. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, meticulously inspecting all areas and providing candid feedback. I highly endorse Cheavor for inspections. Additionally, I would like to review my technician, Jason Brown, who has been my home exterminator on and off since 2021 and is also one of the most proficient Terminix technicians. They all collaborated to ensure that my needs have been adequately addressed.
Tim did a fantastic job of explaining what the situation is, what will be done, and what to expect. He is a pleasure to talk to and I would recommend him to any people who are experiencing any pest issues.
I was hearing scratching noises at night, turned out to be mice. They were in the walls, and in the ceiling. I called Terminix, they came promptly and made an assessment. The next day two excellent young men came to do the job. They set traps, and blocked all the entry holes. I was told they would come back when I called, to take away any traps with on it, and that they would keep coming until the situation was under control. They were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you.
