My overall experience today was amazing! I contacted their Salon in need of a last minute request and they accommodated me. My hair never looked or felt better after today’s appointment. BEST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD EVER...I have very thin hair and it also has fallen out A Lot. Susann literally was a miracle worker..She took special care and the cut is gorgeous!! I'm sharing a before and after picture...I am super happy- the volume she achieved and the beautiful cut are beyond words!!

I recently moved to the area and someone referred me to Scott at Salon James. I consider him a hidden gem. If you are a blonde and would like highlightes close to the root with no brass, lots of shine and insightful thoughtful placement based on how you part or style your hair, I wouldn't hesitate to make an appt with him. He has over 2 decades of experience and just knows the deal. Very talented man and also he is a very nice guy to chat it up with bc of his good sense of humor!
