Just want to give a shout out to Josh. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He was over to check out what i thought were clogged drains, but turned out to not be so bad. He took extra effort to put his professional mind at ease and replaced a sink pipe that he thought would be problematic in the future even though thats not why he came. He also kindly helped me with programing my water softner better. It seems my calculations were off. He could have just done the bare minimum and not have helped me with my softner but instead he went above and beyond. Its the little things that you remember. Thanks Josh!
