We have had a good experience with this provider for our child. No issues with payments or scheduling as other reviewers have reported. We have been at the practice for 2 years with good success. One thing I appreciate is that a real human always answers the phone and is available for billing questions, med refills, or scheduling changes.

While sometimes the scheduling may not be super ideal for a busy gal like me, the dedicated, talented and compassionate mental health professionals at Optimum have been there for me to lean on through an extremely difficult time in my life and I’m glad to have had them through this journey. Dr. Ikedinma , my psychiatrist is obviously very invested in her work and you can tell that she cares because she has always listened to my thoughts in regards to my medication plan and worked with me happily while encouraging the healthy changes I’ve been making in my personal life.
