Maximum Energy Savers just completed work on my chimney . They were very professional, caring and considerate of my home and property. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. The price was affordable and I was given all the information and options to make choices to fit my budget and keep my home and family safe. Dom and Jess were excellent from their quick communication to thorough explanations and care in their work. They repaired/repointed our exterior painted brick chimneys in the heat of July 2024. An unexpected incident occurred after the work was completed and our hot water wouldn’t work and no one knew specifically the issue. I was able to get our HVAC team after a couple days to see the problem and an easy fix. The best part was that even though it may have been an accidental switch on an old system during working repairs, Dom and Jess offered to cover the $99 repair call required to get our water heater working. We purchased our new home in October and had not used the chimney this past winter. Due to the hot days we were experiencing this summer, the smell that was coming out of the fireplace smelled like we had an active fire burning and it also had a chemical smell to it. It was horrible!!! The smell of an active fire had me extremely nervous!!! Don and Jessica came out to the house and not only cleaned out A LOT of debris from the chimney, they took the time to educate me about my fireplace, the flue and general upkeep on a fireplace.
