FreeDom (Mama Flowers) has an amazing skill set, and combines the best of holistic healing with practical advice. Her knowledge of herbs and massage is unsurpassed - I have never had better body work. But for me, her most valuable services are her cacao ceremonies and guided journeys. She has a true gift for connecting people with spirit (or whatever you prefer to call it). Her studio is a safe, sacred space filled with healing energy. She is an excellent listener, healer, and guide. Working with her has truly changed my life for the better.

I am a healer and facilitator. I am a licensed Massage Therapist, Energy Healer, and Herbalist. I hold workshops and cacao ceremonies. When you come to me for healing services, you aren’t just getting a massage or just Reiki. You aren’t just getting an herbal formula, a cup of cacao, or a coaching session…you are getting all of the years of my own healing, years of my training and education, all of my lessons learned, all my years of experience in the healing arts, and my deepest dedication to your healing.
