My daughter and I both had the same experience in the same week, So I had to comment when we got home and compared notes. We regularly get our nails done at the other place at the mall. But they were busy. You know The other place with the long line. But I didn't want to wait I went here even tho the last time it wasn't great I figured give it a chance. I had an hour.First off the exaggerated pricing both of us were over $60 for single service. My daughter $75 for a pedi. Fine. Fools Make that sale and loose the customer. $44? 48? We'd have tipped 20. Like others I went for a gel manicure and was forced to full set because I guess they don't realize that makes you hate...read full review
It was very nice service but when I went to go back they were closed and couldn't get weekend appointments so they're good when they're open but it got a call before you go
