Adam came to my home and fixed a lot of minor issues in the house. He took care of nail pops from the house settling and did an great job in my basement with sealing the floor cracks. Adam is very observant. He found and fixed other small issues that I did not see. He is a great representative of Kay Builder's excellent service.
Adam is an amazing warranty technician, I believe that he can fix most anything… he is respectful and gets the job done. Adam has been here often for warranty repairs and the workmanship is top notch.
The crew at Kay Builders were very responsive when we had a few minor issues. Washington and Mario were particularly skilled in their tilework and carpentry. They were personable, on time and the work was beautiful. Thanks also to Brian for overseeing a job well done :)
