Installed a radon mitigation system including removing a sump pit and re-installing an new one. Overall the project was a success, radon levels are down, also we had some major rain the week after installation and the new sump pit prevented basement flooding (which had been a real problem in the past). I feel like the estimator either didn't fully understand the scope of the project or didn't communicate it well to the installers because they were unable to finish on schedule and were not able to come up with a way to fully seal the perimeter of the vapor barrier in the inaccessible corners of the crawlspace. The fan on our radon system was failing and we didn't know the model. The repair technician brought multiple possibilities and was able to replace the fan quickly with a compatible new fan. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and provided a very accurate quote for the replacement. Among the best repair experiences we have had.

After 35 years of faithful service, our radon fan's service life was ending with noisy bearings whining to be put of their misery. Integra was prompt in getting a tech out to assess the situation and order the new fan and connecting parts. Within a week the parts were in and it was installed. The entire experiece was incredibly professional, efficient and friendly. You can feel confident in skipping the search and aggravation of locating the right radon service company, just call Integra.
