From start to finish, the process was seamless. Every employee with whom I worked was helpful and knowledgeable. My installer was excellent - he even gave me pointers on how I could adjust my one door to help cut down on the draft. I am very pleased.
Had them come out to completely remodel our bathroom and it honestly came out wonderful. The install crew was kind and installed a New shower, window's and a complete teardown of the walls and floors.
Now the reason the reason we didn't give 5 stars was that we had a bad experience with the salesman who made us a bunch of promises and didn't include them in the contract. After calling back and forth for days, we had the contract amended twice and while we did get what we were promised it left a bad taste in our mouth.
The price we paid was definitely on the higher end but overall we're happy with the bathroom
