I injured my neck the beginning of November and after trying massage and muscle relaxers it was suggested I try chiropractic care. I called several on my insurance list and was able to be seen by Dr. F. This was four weeks post injury. My first appointment I was very apprehensive but he was very sensitive to that and used several methods to get my spine in alignment. After that first appointment I had relief, he gave suggestions for the weekend and I returned on Monday. After the second treatment I feel fantastic! Still taking it easy but doing light stretches. I could never relax at a chiropractic office but Dr F definitely eased my apprehensions and was able to relieve my pain. I highly recommend this practice. He's very good at his craft.

My son went to this office to be treated. he called to make another appointment but since the doctor does not know how to bill insurance companies. he never allowed him to make another appt. We called the Dr. Fernando so many times- he never answered the phone, never return phone calls. Reason for not rebooking my son is because Dr. Fernando does his own billing. he does not how to bill insurance companies therefore the insurance payment was never made to him. I had to email him instructions on how to submit claims. Do not recommend! Dr. Is not very professional! Cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before and I was already in his parking lot! I drove over an hour to get there to be told, sorry...I need to cancel the appointment! This Dr. Has many rules for his patients to follow in regards to cancelling appts with charges attached! He should be professional and follow his own set of rules when he cancels on a patient! He had no sympathy as to me already arrived at the appt or that I just drove a long distance to get there! I asked for a refund which of course he denied!!! I sent a lengthy email to which he never answered any of my questions! Not a professional in my opinion! I'd rather take a loss in the $ than to be apart of his business!
