I believe the element I love the best is their commitment to me as a customer. They not only sold me (what I believe) a quality product, they make sure it is working properly. Too much now, companies sells you a product or service, then just disregard the consumer. Not here. I am always treated with respect and concern. Thanks for doing the long forgotten practice of customer service.

Good experience with Culligan Allentown location. Stopped in in-person, set a service appointment with the ladies in the office, and Chad showed up to service the unit in the home I just purchased (showed up EARLY with a call letting me know so I wouldn't be waiting around). I had done some self diagnosis of the unit a suspected a hefty repair, but Chad answered my questions, service the valve parts, and was on his way for less $$$ than expected. Felt like I received an honest service because he could have sold me the expensive repair...will be a repeat customer.

I am pleased with the product and have no reservations recommending the service to others. I was informed that if I recommended the product to my neighbors, that there would be a monetary incentive, but I did not receive anything to date. Also, I should have received a calendar/reminder to contact Culligan for the "annual inspection" but I have not received that either.
