Staff was friendly and courteous! What I dislike about the business is that a patient can be billed twice if the patient has something sent to the lab. I got billed for the lab work and for the visit at this center. $600 for them to send my sample to a lab and office visit. They didn’t even contact me about my results. I called them and they told me that it was benign and no treatment. However, that still doesn’t solve my skin illness. They told me to come back for further evaluation but thank goodness I didn’t because my bill would have been higher!!! This was my first time visiting a dermatologist and I have only good things to say about my visit. New building and they were able to get me in within a day, I’m sure they will get busier with there location. Amanda was very personable and was willing to listen to all my concerns. I did not feel rushed and would highly recommend giving them a chance.

We had an appt at a different dermatologist office. We waited 3 months to get in. We arrive for the appt and get told the doctor wasn’t there and needed to reschedule. They scheduled us for 6 weeks later! We started searching for a different office because we were really annoyed. We found Complete Dermatology and the staff were so sweet and scheduling was a breeze. We got in within a week! The doctor was so nice and took care of my husbands skin tags at the first visit, addressed his HS and psoriasis. We made a great plan and He feels great!
