We were victims of Hurricane Ida with a 1% chance of flooding. On September 2, 2021 we had seven feet of water in the basement and a few inches on the first floor. I could not get anyone to help us in our immediate area. I reached out to Cityline 65 miles away from our home. A couple of days later the owner personally came to see the damage. They started work as soon as they could to remove over 9,000 pounds of stuff from our basement and start the first floor. They were here everyday with up to 12 people working. 59 days later, they finished. The team did an amazing job. The basement looks great and the first floor is beautiful. Thank you to Russell, my team leader and the rest of the fantastic team as well as Dana, Ed and of course Tom Williams. These are people you can trust with your most important asset - your home.
I would like to give a big thank you to Mr. Tom Williams. We had a fire in April 2009 and lost everything we owned. Tom was there for us every step of the way from working with the insurance company and putting my whole family into one of his rental properties. He then helped us rebuild our home into something I never dreamed I would be living in. His whole crew was very respectful and caring through the whole process. Now 10 years later as we are selling our lovely home he is helping us once again by letting us rent out one of his rentals.
