I've only had good experiences with BFD. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of five is because they stopped carrying Frank Cooper orange marmalade, which is one of the most delicious things on the planet. They now sell Hartley's which arrived promptly. It claims to be dark and bitter, which is good, though I haven't tried it yet.
Marvelous!!!! Christmas is when I crave certain foods from 'home'...so I take the opportunity as order special things for my family to add a few 'goodies' for myself.

I have relied on British Food Depot for over 10 years. Married to an expat, I looked for a long time for a British online grocer that offered quality ingredients for the things we truly want. I'm sure you have encountered other online British grocers selling last year's products that have expired and are at full price. And there is nothing worse than crushed milk chocolate digestives, for example! Not so here. I can count on British Depot to provide quality goods that are not expired and priced reasonably.
