I visited Blue Bird Cleaners to get a satin prom gown and shoulder wrap steamed/pressed. Admittedly, I was last minute with seeking this service. However, the owner was very accommodating! They were able to get the job done in the short time that I needed it! Both the gown, and wrap were beautifully pressed! They even went the extra mile to wrap the bottom of the items so they wouldn’t be exposed to debris. Great work and even better customer service.
Working with Blue Bird Cleaners was amazing. They are professional, clear with communication and expectations, and offer pick up and drop off services! It was seamless to work with them and we would definitely choose them again.
UPDATE: After seeing my review, the owner reached out to apologize for my experience and proposed a way to make it right. Clearly the owner cares about his business and customers, which I appreciate. Therefore, I am revising my rating.
My regular drycleaner charges $3.95 for a pair of pants and a quick, 2-day turnaround. But, admittedly, I’m not confident they can remove tough stains. According to Blue Bird Cleaners reviews and website, they can. But alas…
The pants had 2 old stains and 2 water stains from me trying to clean them. The pants took a full 7 days to come back from Blue Bird; and not one stain was removed. Not even the water stains.
