I knew I would be receiving my post-operative care at l Peach before even deciding to undergo a full tummy tuck with 360 liposuction. After years of following I Peach on Instagram and seeing the amazing results others achieved with their treatments, I knew I would eventually be a guest.
Once I made the decision to proceed with my surgery, I scheduled a consultation at I Peach and booked my post-op appointments. Anastasia was incredibly professional and reassuring, which instantly put me at ease.
I had my surgery on 12/27 and attended my first post-op care appointment on 1/7. When I arrived, I was extremely swollen, stiff, and sore, with knots on my hips and between my legs from the swelling. After over two hours of treatment, I walked out feeling absolutely incredible-better than I thought possible!
Anastasia also fit me into a compression garment, which made a world of difference. Once I was in it, I didn't want to take it off-I looked and felt the best I had since my surgery. I immediately scheduled my next appointment, paid, and even asked if I could hug her. She truly made me feel that much better!

Anastasia has been absolutely fantastic since I started seeing her for my post-operative care in August. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 42 in January of 2026. My first surgery was in March and my second in August. I started her services after my second surgery due to it being such a complicated procedure. I underwent a full double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction via DIEP method. For those that may not be aware, it is where they take your tissue and fat from your lower abdomen and use it to create new breasts. So my abdomen was cut very similar to an elective tummy tuck surgery. The surgery is complex and very long. My surgery alone was over 12 hours. I met with Anastasia for a pre surgical consult to have a plan for post-operative massages including lymph drainage therapy. Unfortunately I had many complications after my surgery and Anastasia was there to help me and provide her services even though i was having so many complications. From a blood clot in my leg, a postoperative infection, a second surgery for wash out and wound closure, open wounds, pain, discomfort and frustration- she was patient and kind and understanding through all of it. She is still providing her services to me almost 4 months post op. When I decided to use her for my post operative care, I went in knowing that I was choosing to have such a huge procedure and felt comfortable with her to help me recover. It is an invaluable investment to choose other services to help you recover from such a complex involved surgery. Highly recommend her for your post-operative care.
