Alex and Natasha did an excellent job. When I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra, I called them right away, and they were very clear and precise about the repair cost. They provided me with a receipt that I needed for insurance purposes. I went home, submitted the receipt, and boom, I got my money back the same day. I left the phone with them overnight, and everything was fixed by the next day. I highly recommend their services.
