Allentown Diagnostic Imaging provides a great experience for its patients. The staff is personable and enjoys their job, taking care of everything efficiently. Technicians put patients at ease and explain procedures clearly, which is especially appreciated during nerve-wracking times. The facility is thoughtful and kind, with quick appointment scheduling and timely test results. The open machine MRI is a big advantage for those who are claustrophobic, making the process smooth and comfortable. The staff, including welcoming receptionists and friendly technicians, are courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Patients appreciate the calm and pleasant demeanor of the staff, which helps them relax during their scans. While wait times may vary, the friendly staff's attitude and the affordable services make the experience positive and reassuring, making it a recommended choice for many.

I had an MRI today and I want to SHOUT FROM THE TOP OF A BUILDING on how AWESOME Becky and Tonya were!! I was struggling getting onto the table because I am extremely overweight and my knee is so bad (hence the reason for the MRI). I just didn't have the strength to step up onto the step stool and the pain was terrible. So I truly wanted to give up. The tears were flowing and I was so frustrated with myself. But Becky was right there cheering me on and telling me I could do this. I was about in a full blown anxiety attack over this and she just kept by my side and was so patient with me. She wasn't going to let me give up. She did everything in her power to help me. Then Tonya stepped in and gave me some reassurance as well and helped give me that last push I needed to successfully get onto the table. They were amazing with me and they need to be recognized on how awesome they were. Even when I got down, Tonya came in just to make sure we were okay. I took her help so I could safely get down, but kudos to her for coming in to assist. Everyone I came in contact with was really nice and smiled and the building is spacious and so trendy looking. What a great experience it turned out to be. Thank you Becky and Tonya... you ladies ROCK!!!
