Responsive, professional, and easy going crew. Fast and clean install. I have a digital monitor that showed an average of ~10pCi after the install it brought the levels down to less than 1pCi. The charcoal test they provided backed up the number. If you've got an issue with radon give them a call!
System not installed yet, but wanted to leave an integrity review because Bryce and Alex came to install the system, and while discussing everything we discussed the possibility of needing a French drain. They were transparent and honest that I should wait to address radon until after I know if drainage will be installed. I had a “passive” radon system put in by the builder of my home which was not enough to lower radon below recommended levels. Alpha radon gave me a very fair quote to add a fan to the system. The crew did a great job and levels are well below the required amount now. Thanks!
