I am a first time buyer and Brian walked me through every nook and cranny in the house whether it had a defect or no. He took the time to answer every question I asked even though some were out of his scope of checking. He provided helpful tips on how to use the mechanicals/electrical outlets etc. in the house. He is very patient, doesn't hurry and provides more value that the cost he charges. In his words "you are buying the house, not its problems". I would recommend him especially if you are a first time buyer.

Bryan is the most thorough home inspector I know. His reports (though long) are organized, detailed, informative and easy to understand. He uses photos to illustrate any defects found in the inspection or other recommended maintenance services that are needed or past due. We are extremely pleased that we hired Bryan to do our inspection.

Bryan Cole was incredible. We got a referral from a friend and couldn't have been happier. Ended up with a 60 page inspection report that included severity of issues and recommendations for further investigation / remediation. As a first time home buyer, Bryan helped me understand and contextualize different issues in the house during a 1.5 hour long on-site walk-through. He stayed at the house long after I left, continuing his work - and, due to weather, even returned later in the week to complete a roof inspection.
