We were in the middle of an addition and needed our current radon system extended, but weren't sure how to go about it. We had some bad experiences with another mitigation company in the past so were nervous. Elliot responded to my call with in few hours, truly listened to what we needed and scheduled to come out that week to see what he thought. Was extremely prompt, professional, knowledgeable and gave us 3 possible options on how to make it work on the spot. We had to change the schedule due to construction timing and he was so patient and understanding during the entire process.
