it was good. Needed gutter installation recently but i have had roof repair after a snowstorm damaged it in December. Much better experience this time, as last time i got stuck in snow outside, and I heard screaming come the nearby trailer/ woods. Over all a great experience and wonderful customer service!
I was very happy with EBY exterior. Josiah, the sales representative came by to talk about a new exterior door and to show me options. I also went to their showroom which is not far from my house. They were not pushy at all and gave me time to think about it. ( not so a well known company, which I contacted before)
When I ordered it, I was surprised that it came sooner than expected.
Andrew and Dave installed it. Very professional, polite and clean work.
Shawn, the Production manager came also by and after it was installed, Josiah came to check it out and made sure I was happy with it.
I highly recommend them. Great team.
Could not recommend Eby any more. This was the easiest project we've done on our house. Clean, professional, and in and out just as promised. I'd use them for anything they do, but would especially recommend them for Marvin windows. They know what they are doing and replaced 10 windows in a week. Great company!
