George quickly returned my call when my heater failed in the recent extreme cold we had, and came out same day to get it running again. The heater was well past its life expectancy, so I ultimately decided to have a new one installed. George and his team installed a new heater a few days later at a great price and now I have peace of mind and a warm house!
George and Corey were flexible with some changes in my schedule and then quickly did the work of checking my system and doing a repair. By the time they left my home was toasty warm, all their work areas were clean, and they helped with an extra little vent fix that had been annoying me. George is a really great guy, and it was a pleasure meeting Corey. Wonderful experience!
Reliance did a great job adding a mini-split system to our home. From beginning to end, everything went smoothly. George was very responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly and stayed in close touch through the whole process. They had to work in very tight quarters in our attic but still managed to get the job done. They were very neat and put down tarps to protect floors and carpeting. They were also working outside for a long time in single digit wind-chills and didn't complain. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole project and would certainly use Reliance again. I would highly recommend George and his team for any HVAC work.
