My air conditioner stopped working. I called Quallet HVAC on a Saturday afternoon. It was 90 degrees and Joe Quallet came out within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the part with one he had in his truck and got my air conditioning back up and running within a half hour. Joe Quallet is extremely professional, knowledgeable and head of a local trustworthy family business. I would rather call him than some big company who doesn't really care about its customers. I highly recommend calling him first!!
