This 5 star review is for Indra, the dental hygienist at this practice. She is kind, gentle, and thoroughly professional. Indra takes the time to explain any issues I may have and clearly outlines all available treatment options. She listens attentively to my concerns and answers every question with care. Her recommendations are thoughtful, and she never pressures me into anything I’m not comfortable with. In all of my many years of dental visits, she is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She and Dr. Mincer are the reason I continue to return to this practice.

Since Dr. Beckerman sold the practice it’s been great. Dr. G is all that. I like her and she makes me feel better being at the dentist. She explains in details what is needed and without an attitude. I haven’t met Dr. Patel but I was told good things about her.

I had an appointment today at 9:00am that was scheduled 6 months ago due to my hectic schedule. I was called back at 9:50am and my X-rays were completed and I was moved to another area for the cleaning and exam. The hygienist came in to advise me she would not be able to do my cleaning because her next appointment was in 10 minutes and it was not enough time to complete the cleaning. Although she was apologetic, this was unacceptable because no one explained this before I came or when I got there. My time is just as valuable as the other patients and this was a waste of my time. She asked if I can come back tomorrow for the cleaning which made me furious so I gathered my things and left. I called and reported the situation to Delta Dental. I am so tired of poor service and planning when it comes to these businesses. It is very disappointing.

I’ve had nothing short of great experiences at Primiere Dental of Abington! After not having been to the dentist in a few years, they’ve greatly improved my unhealthy, bleeding gums. The drs are good, but the real MVPs are the dental hygienists, particularly Andrea! She is always warm, friendly, and helpful! 6 months ago, she suggested I use a water pic and it’s been the best investment! My gums are healthy and teeth no longer bleed! Today she gave me the best compliment I’ve ever had, “keep up the good work!” Thank you Andrea, and PDA!
