The administrative staff at MaidPro was super responsive and very friendly. However, the people that came to clean weren’t always the best. It’s kind of a toss up if you don’t know to specifically ask for someone. Unfortunately, if there’s a poor cleaning job, you’re still responsible for the payment. My recommendation would be to ask around for a recommended person that you can ask for so you know the level of service you’ll get each time! Robert from MaidPro did a great job today, we haven't been able to have any cleaning assistance throughout the pandemic and he was a life-saver! Lyric did a fantastic job. Every room, bathrooms, kitchen were spotless. She even went above and beyond and cleaned my kitchen window. Great work.
