I file my taxes here every year and think they do a great job. Fred is very knowledgeable and good at his job. Scheduling is easy and everyone in the office is polite. If you’re looking for a decent tax service give them a call!

My mom comes to this place and sees Fred and she really liked him and so she told me to go and do my taxes there. So glad I did. So much better than TurboTax. I saw Rob. He was really great and the process was pain free. He took good care of me and I appreciate the efficiency of it all. Thanks Rob!

Google forces you to give at least one star to every review, otherwise I would give this a 0 stars if i could.
This company had my tax records for over 40 days and did nothing. They originally told me it was going to take a week. I called a few times and each time had excuses and delays, and that's if they didn't ignore my calls or email.
I finally had to just cut my losses and show up to get my records back in person. Overall two in person meetings, several phone calls, and several emails. So much time wasted with nothing to show for it except frustration and disappointment. Just a big hassle to end up right where I started 40 days later.

I'm giving an extra star only for Judy's professionalism. She completely disregarded legitimate business expenses and made us owe money for the first time ever. We will never use them again, and I suggest you stay away as well if you have any job specific deductions to take
