Always great. Bought my Brother Embroidery machine here. The entire team is extremely helpful... The owner, Deb is really nice, super knowledgeable on all thing embroidery and all things sewing. After getting my Brother from Deb, I will not go anywhere else, even if I need to drive up from Southern California. It's worth the trip!

I have bought my 2 Brothers embroidery machines and my serger from Woodburn Sew & Vac plus my sewing desks and love them all! The owner Debi Cobb is so friendly and knowledgeable I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Best experience ever!!

Went in to purchase a couple of items that we couldn't find at my local Walmart. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer questions that we had about a serger that we purchased and have no idea how to use.
