I waited for over a year to write this review as I really like Dr Beth but unfortunately the reception staff isn't so nice. Over a year ago I had an appointment with some pups but my dog went into labor several days early, and I had lost one of her pups. I called the clinic in tears saying I won't be able to make the appointment since my dog was in labor, the receptionist was rude and cold and all she said after a grunt was that I will owe them $25 for missing the appointment.

Had my vet records sent ahead of time and they were SO on top of it, clearly had gotten up to date on my pet's health history and were so gentle and kind in working with him. Thank you so much Dr. Annette!

I have been taking my fur-babies to Dr Beth for 12 years. I drive 6 hours each way to make sure they are in the best hands for their care. Dr Beth has the knowledge, skills, and abilities AND the compassion, love, and dedication to their wellbeing. She is the only one I trust with my fur-babies!

Woodburn Pet Hospital is the best vet clinic I've ever had. Friendly, efficient staff provide excellent care for our 3 dogs and 2 cats. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a clinic to provide care for their pets.

I've had numerous bad experiences with other vets. This is my go-to for my dogs. Been going here for many years and Dr Beth and Dr Annette are amazing!!!! Yes, it's a little costly but if you have an animal and care about their needs this is the place to go. I've never been disappointed. They care about your pets and you as a pet owner. Highly recommended. I Love the vet techs as well!

Worst pet hospital. We took our dachshund to get spayed by Dr. Annette, and she did absolutely terrible. She made us take our dog home with a PROLAPSED bottom, had we not called the emergency vet to check her out, our puppy could have gotten an infection without proper care. Dr. Annette dropped the ball terribly, and did not assure me that she cared for my dog at all. I have never been so disappointed by a vet hospital. She seems to lack the care of animals, especially if she sent our puppy home in bad shape. I felt so hurt. Seems to me that Woodburn Pet Hospital are money grabbers and don’t care about the care of the animals whatsoever. We ended up with a $2k vet bill after HER mistake. Absolutely ridiculous.
If I could give them a lower review, I would. Revoke your License Dr. Annette.

When my dog got ill because of a treatment at the clinic the staff and vet at the hospital were dishonest and had zero accountability to a criminal level! Dealing with the staff here especially with he manager and vet assistant was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I believe the vets license should be revoked and criminal charges brought!

Been taking my dogs there for over 25 years. They are a little spendy but it's worth it for the service you receive and I trust the doctors more than any other place I've ever been to. My most recent visit was a sad one as I had to put my 16 yr old pup to rest. They handled it with amazing compassion from the entire staff and I appreciated that so much, cause it was really hard letting her go.
