Edit: Thank you for responding. However, I’d like to clarify that no design option or additional charge was ever mentioned at the time of purchase. The bouquet was also not unwrapped or rewrapped after leaving the shop. The feedback reflects exactly how it was received.
Original post: Flowers were nice but the presentation was not it. They literally just stacked them together and wrapped them. No shaping, no design, nothing. Looked super unprofessional for a local florist.

Had such a great experience at Valley Pacific Floral. I ordered an arrangement for my 98 year old friend in the brightest colors of carnations they had. My friend has failing eyesight so needs bright colors to be able to see them. The florist made the most beautiful arrangement as I waited. They have so many gift items in the store too. There is something for everyone...definitely a place to go for gifts in addition to beautiful flowers.

I ordered the royal dozen urn for a friend's father's memorial celebration. I was disappointed to see that the arrangement was not in an urn that I could see in the picture I received and they also only had 11 roses. I felt like 140.00 was pretty steep for what was received. It was pretty and was delivered on time, just thought I would have gotten all the flowers in the arrangement that I paid for.

My girl was here today, not baby friendly, staff are not helpful. Nobody greeted her for 5 minutes when she was there.

Valley Pacific Floral has always gone above and beyond. Since I was a child I’ve used them, weddings, funerals, holidays- you name it, they will get it done for you!

Valley Pacific floral, also known as Woodburn florist refers you to their website for bulk flower pricing, but contrary to what the website says they do not deliver bulk flowers even if you contact them and ask them to add a fee for delivery, they won't do that. It's just a little bit frustrating. You would think if you add a delivery fee then they would make money still. But apparently what they tell you on the phone or what the website says are two different things. It's just a little bit of a waste of time and then of course the sympathy or funeral flower packages are 10x the bulk pricing.
