I came in recovering from a broken tailbone and a compressed T9 vertebrae, and I was feeling highly discouraged when I was told by doctors that I would have to live with the tailbone pain for the rest of my life. Dan explained to me how the tailbone works, and prescribed specific exercises to strengthen my tailbone, as well as exercises to strengthen my back and spine. He created a highly personalized, manageable, and effective treatment plan that yielded noticeable progress within just a few weeks. At the end of my treatment plan (after 5-6 weeks), Lipita and Dan performed an assessment of my progress. That’s when I realized the pain in my tailbone was gone!
