I am happy to recommend Northwood Health Center. I have been seeing Dr Dan Miller and Dr Marlon Johns for pain in my arm and shoulder. Their medical care provided significant relief after just a few visits. And my sleeping returned to normal. These folks know what they are doing!

I have been going to northwood health center since 1985. I get exceptional, quality treatment from the experienced and knowledgeable doctors. I would not go anywhere else. I have been treated with chiropractor adjustments, to massages, acupuncture and laser treatments! And it all works!

Over the last couple of years there have been some staff changes from new front office to Doctors. What has amazed me through it all, is the consistent care, and intentional relationships, that make you feel like more than just a number. We do miss Dr. Steve, Dr. Cindy, but Dr. Marlan has been a wonderful addition!

Dr Dan is simply amazing and is very detailed and personal.
The customer service of the receptionist was a complete FAIL. My first experience with her on the phone she was quite short and rude. Then, in person I get the pleasure of dealing with her again. “She’s the one in charge.” After my readings I was recommended for 3 different treatments. I asked only for the adjustment right now due to funds at this time. They ASSUMED I was getting all 3 treatments but after my adjustment they had me wait for the next chair. As they called me up I asked if this was a part of the adjustment. They said no and I said ok I was wondering cuz seemed a lot amd her at the front said i thought it was just the adjustment. I said ya me too. Then tried to charge me 88$(after discount) when it should had been 52$(after discount). I guess because of the light therapy I was made aware of upon adjustment not realizing it was an extra charge. In the end I called DR Dan as he was above her to say, it was my mistake and you won’t be charged. He left and went about his business as I thanked him and apologized for the miscommunication.
Went to make my payment with my care credit card and was told we can’t accept this when I was told by a female staff they did and DR Dan even let them know up front before my service that I had care credit. The professionalism from this “in charge front staff” has made it where I will NOT refer nor be back. 5 stars for DR Dan. Customer service is the face of the company always.
It’s a shame he loses customers over this.

For my first visit I was very impressed with the in depth evaluation process. I have had back pain for years and have gone through other chiropractic places and spine injection places this is the only place so far that has given me any hope

My appointment today went very well. I started out with a massage by Megan which felt wonderful. Then I spent 15 minutes on the decompression chair which felt great. Then I finished up with an adjustments by Dr. Marlin, who is just great. He is very kind and gentle and is very helpful. Everyone there is kind and I greatly appreciate that.

My family and I have been going to Northwood Health Center for over 10 years. I just want to say they are like family now. how well they treat us from the time we walk in to the time we leave. The staff is very helpful, the doctors are always making sure we are feeling our best and give us tips and suggestions to maintain our health which we appreciate.
