    I'm not really sure how I'm supposed to rate them if you're driving in any areas that they're doing construction. Be careful. Rip the hole in the side of my tire lengthly process of filling out paperwork. One would have to be an attorney to figure it all out. So I just bought a new tire 217 and Alan boulevard overcross huge plates with big bold sticking out. Ripped out the sidewall of my car tire. Stopped at the construction site just on the right hand side on east side of the overpass. One of the construction workers there says his car flew up so fast and hard.     We use Kerr as our preferred contractor from Oregon to Colorado because we need more than people who can just move dirt. We need people who "get" what we want and have the knowledge and feel for the earth they are manipulating. They have a handful of operators who are artists with mega brushes. Trust me, we are not easy to please. I am including a couple of photos of finished projects they helped us build.
