Called ahead to make sure there was immediate availability, and were told to come in. When we arrived, the door was locked and the blinds were closed. After trying to open the door, the same woman we talked to on the phone unlocked the door and let is in, saying she did think we were coming for some reason. It looked like she was in the middle of doing her own hair (random sections up in foil and hair clips). My husband sat down for his haircut and was pulling up the reference photo when a woman came into the now unlocked door with two kids, and when the hairdresser saw them she suddenly told my husband and me that she couldn't cut our hair now because she just remembered that she needs to cut the kids' hair right now instead, claiming they had an appointment for right then and she forgot about it when we called, but she was actually there waiting for them and not us...? She told us we could come back in an hour after she was finished with her "appointment" but we decided not to return. In hindsight, we're glad we didn't get our haircut there because the customer service was really bad and the shop/hairdresser present was unkempt.

Overall fast, reliable, and great serviceI've been using their services and same professional hair stylist for years.One of very few locations that can accurately do eyebrow trimming, threading, and waxing. They happily accept walk-in clients. She is an expert when it comes to men's grooming standards.Definitely worth the 5 stars ?Services: Eyebrow threading

They made my hair worse than it was. I don't understand, the pictures they posted look good but for me they did bad. I asked for highlights and they bleached my hair without blending it in whatsoever
