This location used to be my go-to for years. I’ve been on and off bed tanning here for almost 10 years. I don’t live by this location anymore, but I figured while I was in that area I would restart my membership. I know the lotions are their money makers, and I know how sales work. This PBT I felt had a reputation for being honest and not very pushy. I felt taken advantage of by their manager. I told her I’m only going to bed tan for a couple weeks, but she was insistent on getting new products. She told me the one I have at home was expired- it’s not. I honestly said the yes to the $140 worth of products so I could just get on with it and get going, thinking I’ll pass it along to my friends who also bed tan. Turns out you can return products for tan dollars which I just did at another location. I’m still giving two stars just because I love PBT as a company. I used to love the girls that worked here. Now it’s just a pushy woman looking to build her commission.

Love the atmosphere and the employees especially Kelis, Lilly and Taylor they always make me feel so welcome. They l also know all their beds and products when I need help and know what to suggest depending on my wants and needs when I come in.

I had a great experience at Palm Beach Tan! It was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Taylor was especially helpful—super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different tanning options so I could choose what worked best for me. The level of customer service she provided really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Love this palm beach location! Everything is so nice and the space is clean and well taken care of. All of the staff is so kind and makes you feel extremely welcome and are all very helpful, especially Taylor! She has assisted me many times and is very quick kind and helpful. With my complicated skin type I’ve struggled tanning but she jumped in so quick to help me, and I haven’t had any skin issues thanks to her knowledgeable skills on lotions and helping me choose the membership best for me. Thank you Taylor!

The Wood village Palm Beach Tan is honestly one of the best tanning places I’ve ever been! As soon as I got there I just noticed how tidy and well kept the place is especially compared to some other tanning salons. I really loved how kind and welcoming the staff were to me as well. Taylor was the employee that helped me during my visit we had a great conversation and overall she was just so kind and very knowledgeable. I was unsure of which bed to use because it has been a bit since my last tan, but my worries were quickly put to ease as Taylor took her time to walk me through the levels and benefits of each bed and recommended me some great lotions for my skin type that smelt amazing. Definitely would recommend coming here if you’re looking for a place that prioritizes hygiene, customer service, and real results.
