    DR.Lacy Foster ROCKS! She listens, she is through she prescribes the right meds. And she orders testing that I never had but needed. Please dont make her leave. The staff and front desk are great, friendly and professipnal.

    The only thing good about this place is my counselor Wendy Seal she is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone however the medical care I have received has been sub par and the unprofessionalism and lack of compassion for patients is unbelievable and the doctors and nurses are completely incompetent

    Unprofessional staff, unknowledgeable doctors. Suzanne Dudek could not answer simple questions about vaccines she was recommending, and referred me to a pharmacist to discuss my concerns with. She recommended a pneumonia vaccine and I asked her what that was… she said she didn’t know and I should talk to a pharmacist. As if pharmacists have a lot of free time to chat these days. She billed my visit as a medical visit instead of a preventative because I wanted to discuss health concerns. I now have to pay out of pocket because of this billing designation. After several pleading discussions, explaining that her office makes the same amount either way, she refused even knowing I have to pay $250 out of pocket for a terrible doctor’s visit. Do not go here. Terrible experience. Would give zero stars if possible.

    Horribly unprofessional phone receptionist. She didn’t give me her name, but when I asked about covid testing, I was given the quick response that because I’m not a patient I would be refused even though I’ve been symptomatic for multiple days. Technically, anyone coming in to a medical facility for treatment is a patient, so she needs to change that dialogue. I am thoroughly unimpressed.

    Couldn’t do a COVID test here because I’m not a patient even though I told them think I show some symptoms and the 4 tests I did was 1 positive and 3 negative and my sister tested positive and I was hanging out with her a few days ago

    It is very difficult to get an appointment without a long wait, but they are a community medical center that takes care of many of us who might otherwise have nowhere to go. They don't get huge checks for working here in such a depressed area, we should be grateful to them!
