My HVAC system had stopped working & I needed to call a technician for help. Remembering positive comments I’d seen on the Neighborhoodapp, I found the number for Umpqua Sheet Metal & made a call.
A female answered, I explained the issue & she asked if I was going to be him that afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised (being at the start of summer) & sad yes.
The appointment was booked & Justin called when he was on his way. He followed up by calling when he arrived: subsequently he asked a few questions, looked at the outside unit, explained what needed repaired & the cost, went to his van, returned with the parts, & finished the job.

We recently had our furnace replaced. We also had Central air installed. They came right out the next day to get me an estimate. One week later, we were scheduled to have the work done. The guys showed up on time and got the work done timely. They also cleaned up their mess. Very respectful and reliable! I will definitely be recommending them to any friends and family! Wonderful service! On time to clean dryer vent system , but on inspection bt technician, it was discovered it was clean and no charge for visit! Friendly local technician ! We highly recommend Umpqua Sheet Metal Inc and will use their services in the future!
