Visited them once for pain in abdomen, was told it was nothing to worry about. A week later I was in the ER for a kidney stone. Told me the first visit was free then billed me $98 two weeks later. I called to make an appointment and was told they no longer take my insurance and dropped me as a patient all without getting in touch with me. Classic!

I'm giving 2 stars because their phone number is not up to date and I can't call them to see if they take my insurance. I'm not going to walk in when I should be able to make a quick phone call for a small question. Pointless to post your number online if it just says "this number has not been set up yet to receive calls" lol

My husband went to this clinic for ongoing psychological treatment (with medication). He was seeing a great therapist until this month when they called to say the psychologist had left their office and they had no idea where she went. I found out this was a blatant lie as I easily found her at another clinic. My assumption is they didn't want to let go of the monthly fee he paid, even though they coudn't provide him with another provider who could prescribe medicine. ("I'm sure we'll work it out.") My husband is on a monthly regime of medication and they were willing to let him go without treatment rather than try to help me find another provider who 1) could give him his medication, and 2) could work with our insurance. All the girl on the phone (who sounded like she was 7 and about that educated) would tell me is that "I don't know." That's probably the truth, but she was the only one calling with the information and there was no one else to ask. I wouldn't take anyone to this place again. I actually think their actions are illegal and plan to investigate that. A clinic must provide forwarding information on a doctor and provide files to forward to the next person. They would do neither.

I couldn't believe how quick I could get my new patient appointment! Thankfully I didn't have to wait 4 weeks to get my needs met. They were so kind from the first phone call to the end of my appointment. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Maria Russell is a great doctor! She is thoughtful, listens well and has great insight. I'd highly recommend seeing her to anyone looking for medical treatment or just to improve their health. She can prescribe medications in addition to recommending effective diet and lifestyle changes which makes it a nice one-stop shop. You won't feel rushed either like at most doctor offices! and she takes my insurance!

Right off the bus line, great service, clean quiet office. They really spend time to review lab work or address concerns. My favorite part- same day sick appointments when I feel crappy! The new psych provider is friendly and always willing to offer care. My doctor also does acupuncture which helped my chronic back pain! I love the holistic approach and friendliness! I highly recommend this clinic!

Well that would be a good idea IF my son needed a specialist. Again that was not the situation at all. Been on same meds for 12 years with a primary care physician. All of this was clearly explained prior to my son seeking care here.
